Coordination on the big day of any event helps to offer you reassurance that things will go according to plan. We will meet with you before the day to run through the event details providing you and your bridal party or staff with an outline for the day, including timings, duties, etc. We will liaise with suppliers before the day to ensure they arrive and set up on time acting as a point of contact for them and the venue.
We can ‘Meet & Greet’ your guests offering a friendly and familiar face should they encounter any problems or simply need to know where the toilets are! We’re there to handle any problems with discretion and minimal disruption to ensure the day runs smoothly. In addition to this service, why not use our Event Decoration and Hire or Balloon Arrangement service and we’ll be there to decorate the church, your venue and the tables to give your event that coordinated wow factor!
